      If you are in need of FMLA or ADA documentation:

    *Must establish counseling services with A Place to Talk, LLC providers (minimun              of 4 sessions).

     

     *This service starts at $100 out of pocket after the intial appointment.

 

    *$50 for any additional revisions or updates needed with our partner
